Founding Software Engineer - Infrastructure, New York City

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing core research & product infrastructure for creating novel interfaces.

We are looking for someone who balances speed & reliability in both their code and practice.

Responsibilities
• Develop core infrastructure for software, devices, data, inference, and privacy
• Directly build and scale end-user experiences
• Guide our infrastructure direction from early development through product launch

Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Python including experience with parallelism, asynchrony, and typing
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS
• Experience in real-time interactive applications (including robotics, AR/VR, audio, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with web technologies (e.g. React, TS, HTTP, Websocket) is a plus
• Experience with C++ is a plus
